What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returned items must be in their original condition and must include any original packaging. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note that ink cartridges can not be returned after purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We can ship to any part of the world. International shipping charges differ in different countries, so depending on the destination, we shall calculate the appropriate shipping charge. Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How long until I get my delivery?
It takes approximately 4 – 14 days for the package to be delivered depending on your location. At the point of shipping, we will let you how when you should expect your package.
We post one(1) or two(2) tickets daily depending on the availability of good matches.

Can I change or cancel my order?
